Preferred: knowledge of Systems Architecture. * **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:** * Analyze and comprehensively understand business needs related to supported processes, mapping workflows and identifying improvement opportunities; * Design and develop complex solutions leveraging system capabilities to meet business requirements, customizations, and integrations with other technologies; * Perform and oversee comprehensive and rigorous system testing—including unit and integration tests, load testing—to ensure system stability, reliability, performance, and security; * Identify and resolve high-complexity technical and functional issues across multiple systems, working autonomously and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams when required; * Provide advanced technical guidance and support to end users, training and enabling them for effective system usage; * Collaborate with software development teams, participate in and lead projects, implement system improvements and upgrades, applying project methodologies and best practices; * Document system-related processes, procedures, and workflows clearly, concisely, and in accordance with established methodologies; * Stay current on trends and best practices related to systems, associated technologies, and methodologies by participating in courses, trainings, events, and online communities; * Serve as a technical and business reference for the organization, disseminating knowledge and guiding teams on strategic system usage; Conduct training and guidance on system usage. * We currently have two opportunities: **JD Edwards processes in Supply Chain (Supply).** **JD Edwards processes in Finance.** **JD Edwards processes in Back Office.** To learn more about us, visit www.biolabfarma.com.br and follow our social media channels.
