Focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction **Responsibilities:** * Implement Synchro On-Premise and Cloud products; * Diagnose issues; * Present solutions in the client's environment. * Support project management routines; REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in the Systems area; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (final year) in Information Technology or related fields; * Proficiency in PL/SQL; * Specific knowledge of Synchro Fiscal Solution implementation and certification as a professional; * Knowledge of integrations with SAP, Oracle, and other systems. * Orientation toward problem resolution and customer satisfaction. * Self-management skills and ability to work effectively in teams..
