




Spec Segment II Country: Brazil The **Growth Data** team supports the sustainable growth of the business through in-depth analyses, understanding of customer behavior, and identification of commercial opportunities. We work closely with CRM, Channels, Products, and Strategy teams, consistently linking data to decisions that generate real impact in the SME segment. **Your role here will be:** ------------------------- * Conduct exploratory and targeted analyses to identify growth opportunities, behavioral trends, and commercial performance levers. * Develop, monitor, and interpret business metrics that support channel, portfolio, and strategy decisions. * Generate clear insights, translating results into practical recommendations for CRM, Channels, and Products teams. * Build structured analytical narratives to facilitate communication with executives and leadership. * Support the design and monitoring of growth hypotheses, testing and evaluating initiatives for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated view of portfolio opportunities and risks. **For this role, we value:** --------------------------------- * Prior experience in Data Analytics, Business Insights, Growth, Strategy, or similar areas. * Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. * Knowledge of Python or another analytical programming language is a plus, but not mandatory. * Strong ability to interpret data, structure problems, and craft analytical storytelling. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions based on evidence. * Familiarity with commercial performance metrics, CRM, or customer behavior is a plus. * Experience in cloud environments or analytical platforms such as Databricks is a bonus. **Desired profile** ------------------- We are looking for a curious individual with critical thinking skills and a strong impact orientation.
