Join us to **INSPIRE**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare budgets for goods or materials to be acquired via the revolving fund or the General Supplies and Services Division, issuing Purchase Requests and obtaining required approvals; * Issue and verify all invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual terms to guarantee accurate billing; * Register invoices in the accounts receivable system, providing accurate descriptions of services rendered and issuing bank payment slips for collections; * Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer requests whenever pre\-established deadlines are not met; * Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by the area under your responsibility; * Receive purchase orders from Units, duly approved, and determine acquisition method—either through the revolving fund or the General Supplies and Services Division; * Receive and inspect fixed assets, comparing items listed on the invoice against delivered materials, per Unit procedures; * Prepare and send client companies documentation related to billing for services provided by the Unit; * Monitor customer receipt of invoices and maintain archived delivery records; * Organize and keep updated the documentary archive of issued and received invoices; * Receive requests and coordinate with the print shop to produce instructional materials for courses offered by the Unit; * Manage room, auditorium, gymnasium, and other venue rentals, including controlling receivables through issuance of payment slips; * Attend to and direct internal and external customers; * Receive and dispatch various documents; prepare requisitions and various payments; * Prepare control spreadsheets as needed, keeping data updated and archived; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * Completed high school education. **Desirable:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** Recognized by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) seal as one of the best companies to work for in Espírito Santo, we also offer: **JOB DETAILS:** * Salary: R$ 2\.536,83 * CLT employment contract: 40 hours per week * Scheduled working hours: 12:45 PM to 10:00 PM **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance: R$ 1\.005,00 (via iFood or Comprocard); * Unimed health plan (extendable to dependents); * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Total Pass (app granting access to gyms, studios, and physical activities); * Starbem (wellness app offering medical, psychological, and other well\-being services); * Daycare allowance: R$ 332,65 (available for children aged 4 months to 2 years and 11 months); * Discount on SESI/SENAI services (education, culture, leisure); * Allowance for child with disability: R$ 639,76; * Profit Sharing Program (subject to achievement of targets); * Performance evaluation and feedback culture; * Partnerships with educational institutions (tuition discounts); * Corporate Education Platform for continuous training. **FOR YOU** Who believes in the power of opportunity to transform lives. **FOR INDUSTRY** Which seeks greater competitiveness to drive business growth. **FOR ESPÍRITO SANTO** Which believes development is the path to a better future. **Transform lives and drive business growth to develop Espírito Santo** \- This is the purpose that drives us every day!
