The candidate must possess strong technical management skills, governance expertise, prioritization capability, and ability to integrate multiple teams (infrastructure, cloud, data, security, and development). **This position is suitable for you if you have experience with:** #### **1) Multicloud Landing Zone (AWS + GCP)** * Definition and governance of Landing Zone standards for AWS and GCP. * Account/project structuring, organization, policies, IAM, and environment segregation. * Network definition (VPC/VNET, hybrid connectivity, DNS, firewall, routing). * Establishment of security and compliance standards (banking sector). * Blueprint management, automation, and provisioning pipelines (IaC). #### **2) Database Migration** * Technical planning and coordination of critical database migrations. * Strategy definition (lift-and-shift, replatform, modernization). * Risk, performance, replication, maintenance window, and rollback plan management. * Coordination with data, application, infrastructure, and security teams. * Support for post-migration performance, integrity, and validation testing. #### **3) Establishing the Observability Function** * Structuring the corporate observability model (monitoring, logs, tracing, APM). * Definition of dashboard, alerting, and metrics standards. * Governance establishment (who monitors, how alerts are triggered, escalation paths). * Implementation of incident management and continuous improvement processes. * Integration with SRE practices and reliability culture. ### **Technical Competencies** * Cloud: AWS and GCP (architecture, governance, security, networking, hybrid connectivity). * Landing Zone: standards, guardrails, policies, segregation, automation. * Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible (desirable). * Observability: Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Splunk (or similar). * Databases: experience in migration (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar). * Governance and Operations: ITIL, incident management, change management, CMDB (desirable). * Security/Compliance: practices for regulated environments. ### **Banking Sector Experience** * Experience in critical environments (high availability, auditing, security, traceability). * Familiarity with regulatory requirements and control standards. * Experience in projects demanding high stability and continuity. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong technical leadership and ability to orchestrate multiple initiatives. * Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders. * Advisory profile, focused on outcomes and risk mitigation. **Where you’ll be:** * Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days per week onsite at the bank in Itaim Bibi region, and 2 days remote. **Benefits of being an e-Corean!** We offer a flexible benefits package: with e-Core BeneFlex, our e-Coreans can customize a benefits package aligned with their personal profile and needs. **Financial Benefits** Meal and/or food allowance.
