Contribute to teamwork in building an environment with a healthy organizational climate. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to evaluate logistics performance and identify areas for improvement. * Prepare management reports, providing insights and recommendations based on quantitative analysis. * Actively participate in developing and implementing logistics planning processes, procedures, and tools. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper integration of logistics activities. * Serve as the point of contact for logistics planning-related matters, providing support and guidance to team members. * Meet established planning area KPIs. * Update KPIs and jointly develop action plans with operations. * Monitor and analyze routine processes, ensuring operational plans remain up-to-date and proactively implementing improvements. * Listen to and understand needs and issues raised by leaders, proactively resolving administrative and operational matters. * Ensure effective and agile communication among stakeholders, guaranteeing rapid implementation of solutions. * Plan and execute initiatives promoting employee engagement and well-being. **Expected Outcomes:** * Achieve defined KPIs for the area. **Requirements:****What You Need to Take on This Challenge** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides). * Basic English; * Prior experience in operations planning, preferably in e\-commerce; * Prior experience in expedition planning (network); * Knowledge of logistics principles. **Benefits** * Medical and dental insurance, extended to dependents; * Partnerships with Gympass and TotalPass; * Flexible meal/voucher allowance; * Commuter allowance, mobility allowance, or on-site parking; * Flexible benefits program; * Zenklub; * Discretionary annual bonus, tied to performance. **JOIN US IN MAKING HISTORY.****WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE MAKES US BETTER!**
