As a **Technical Leader / PHP Architect**, you will join a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **Hybrid position based in Brasília, DF.** **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, we expect you to manage the following processes: * Technically lead three support cells for distinct systems; * Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams; * Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and prioritization (incidents, improvements, and evolutionary adjustments); * Ensure technical quality and adherence to best practices in implemented solutions; * Support developers in resolving complex problems; * Participate in impact analysis and definition of technical solutions; * Directly engage in development when necessary; * Conduct technical code and solution reviews; * Support backlog organization and delivery planning; * Identify technical risks and propose structural system improvements; * Perform production environment support and troubleshooting. **Requirements and Qualifications** What’s needed for our perfect match: * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a technical leader or software architect; * Solid experience with PHP development (especially legacy versions); * Experience supporting and maintaining critical systems; * Strong knowledge of Oracle databases; * Experience with: Stored Procedures, PL/SQL Packages, query performance and tuning; * Prior experience in technical leadership or team coordination; * Experience analyzing and resolving production incidents; * Experience interacting with business areas and gathering requirements; * Experience with source code versioning; **Desirable / Differentiating Skills:** * Experience modernizing legacy systems; * Experience with software architecture; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Knowledge of system integration; * Experience with refactoring strategies and technological migration; * Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices. **Additional Information** Infrastructure Allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise!
