We value those who leverage technology effectively, embrace challenges, and aim to build something significant. *If you want to join a company in continuous evolution—raising the bar and opening new opportunities—Apostou could be your next step.* **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define and maintain architectural standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices adopted by the platform engineering team. * Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability in production. * Remove technical blockers for the team and support architectural decisions in high-complexity or high-risk technical scenarios. * Lead the technical planning process for features—including estimation, task breakdown, risk identification, and implementation approach definition. * Ensure platform stability and performance in production by actively participating in on\-call rotations and leading responses to critical incidents. * Build and maintain the team’s technical debt strategy—balancing delivery speed with long-term codebase health. * Integrate AI and automation tools into the development workflow—such as GitHub Copilot, automated testing, and CI/CD—to accelerate high-quality deliveries. * Collaborate with PMs and POs to define technical requirements, assess feature feasibility, and provide realistic effort estimates. * Lead the adoption of new technologies and frameworks—conducting proof-of-concepts and evaluating trade\-offs with sound technical judgment and business vision. * Ensure technical compliance with iGaming regulatory requirements—including data security, transaction auditability, and certifications. * Mentor team developers through technical 1:1s, development plans, and continuous feedback to elevate collective engineering excellence. * Document architectural decisions (ADRs) and system diagrams to ensure traceability and knowledge transfer.
