For more information, visit Worley.com We are looking for a **Senior Structural Designer:** **Requirements:** * Supports adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Supports standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates. Contributes to understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and client specifications wherever feasible and lawful. Applies local/global standards to support technical excellence. Supports verification, peer review, and incorporation of comments; * Experience in project engineering within the industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including multidisciplinary projects, reinforced concrete structural design, and quantity take-offs; * Experience in refinery projects is considered a plus; * Development of structural concrete design projects, formwork, reinforcement, anchor bolts, inserts, and 3D modeling, etc. Preparation of sketches, compilation of technical documentation, preparation of quantity schedules, etc.; * English (spoken, written, and comprehension); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to navigate intranet pages, conduct searches, and synthesize information. Organization of information from multiple sources according to prescribed formats and policies; * Proficiency in specialized design, analysis, and BIM modeling tools; * Familiarity with structural design software such as TQS, REVIT, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluation of project technical documentation, review of documents, and consolidation of comments; * Collects data from multiple sources and prepares analyses, calculations, etc. Assists with recommendations and helps create final documentation. Identifies technical issues, defines alternative solutions, evaluates pros/cons of various options, and makes recommendations to support official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. Creates final documentation incorporating all relevant information and internal approvals. May review peers’ documentation to assist others and review/authorize work completed by the team.
