We strongly value an **AI-First mindset**, leveraging generative AI to accelerate development **with quality and security**, without compromising testing, critical review, or technical standards. **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Key Activities** * Develop and evolve **Python backend services**, building APIs and business components with emphasis on quality, readability, and maintainability. * Participate in developing digital solutions using sound **software architecture and engineering practices** (e.g., Clean Architecture, SOLID, modeling, and design patterns), pragmatically applying them in day-to-day work. * Contribute to projects using agile methodologies and practices such as **code review**, **pair/mob programming**, continuous integration, and quality automation to deliver high-quality software. * Work within an **AI-Augmented development cycle**: use generative AI (e.g., Copilot and LLMs) to accelerate coding, documentation, and analysis, while maintaining a critical stance and performing technical validation of outputs. * Contribute to **Spec-Driven Development**, helping transform requirements into clear specifications and contextual artifacts (e.g., **/specify** and **/plan**) that guide AI agents and reduce ambiguity. * Participate in reviews focused on **“intentionality”**: beyond syntax, verify adherence to acceptance criteria, consistency with technical decisions, and functional impact of code (including AI-generated code). * Collaborate on **DevOps/CI/CD** and observability practices aligned with the team’s context, aiming for frequent and reliable deliveries. * Support ongoing product maintenance and evolution, contributing to bug fixes, improvements, and reduction of technical debt at a sustainable pace. **Technical Knowledge (Mandatory)** * Practical experience (Senior level) in backend development with **Python** (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask). * Experience with **databases** (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling/consumption in applications. * Sound engineering practices: **object-oriented programming**, code organization, version control with **Git**, and collaboration via **Pull Requests**. * Experience with **automated testing** (unit and/or integration). * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. * Familiarity with Spec-Driven tools (e.g., **specify\-cli**, **GitHub Spec Kit**) and technical context organization. * Knowledge of **Prompt Engineering** for LLMs and ability to write instructions/contextual constraints that reduce ambiguity. * Experience with **CI/CD**, Docker, and Kubernetes. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with **microservices**, messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and/or event-driven architectures. * Experience with **TDD/BDD** and validation techniques for AI-assisted code generation. * Knowledge of **MCP (Model Context Protocol)** for integrating external tools and data sources into AI contexts. * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and reliability best practices. * Experience with Autodesk APIs (APS / Forge / Revit API). * Experience with Revit (data structure and parameters) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Behavioral Skills** * Clear communication to discuss requirements, technical decisions, and trade-offs. * Strong critical thinking and technical skepticism — especially regarding AI. * Autonomy and accountability in pursuing solutions. * Ability to provide technical leadership without formal authority. * Collaboration, respect for the team, and appreciation for collective learning. * Commitment to the success of the product, the team, and the business. * Maturity to assume responsibility and learn from mistakes. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
