Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as Senior Product Owner (Proxy) on a project for a major industry-leading biofuels client. * Participate in a strategic initiative focused on experimentation with Artificial Intelligence agents, targeting operational efficiency and productivity gains. * Join a dedicated squad in the discovery phase, responsible for mapping processes and identifying opportunities for “agentification”. * Support product development and evolution, from discovery through roadmap definition. * Collaborate closely with technology, data, and business teams to structure and validate solutions. * Act as Product Owner Proxy, supporting the definition and evolution of AI-based and process automation solutions. * Lead product discovery activities, structuring problems and identifying opportunities for AI agent usage. * Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders in defining solutions. * Support initiative prioritization and product backlog management. * Translate business needs into product requirements and hypotheses. * Contribute to defining the product roadmap and strategic direction of solutions. * Participate in hypothesis validation and analysis of experimentation results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or PO Proxy for digital products or technology platforms. * Experience in product discovery. * Experience with data products, analytics, or AI solutions. * Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing features. * Experience working in multidisciplinary agile teams. * Ability to translate business problems into digital solutions. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data products or Machine Learning. * Experience in generative AI initiatives or AI agents. * Experience in digital transformation and process automation. * Knowledge of Data Products or AI Products.
