Culture of growth, learning, and excellence, valuing diversity **Oracle ERP Consultant (Specialist)** ======================================= **What We Are Looking For?** --------------------- We seek a senior-level, consultative professional with deep technical mastery of the Oracle ERP ecosystem and strategic insight into the Brazilian tax landscape. The primary focus of this role is to serve as the technical and functional reference point for the impacts of the Tax Reform, supporting our client through transition, compliance, and adaptation of systemic processes. The ideal candidate must be capable of translating complex legislation into efficient ERP configurations, ensuring data integrity and operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------- * Map the impacts of the Tax Reform on current inbound and outbound goods/services processes. * Collaborate consultatively with the client’s tax and accounting teams to define best practices for Oracle configuration. * Configure and adjust tax calculation engines and Brazil localization rules. * Develop technical and functional specifications for necessary system customizations. * Validate integrated test scenarios and ensure compliance of tax reports. * Support strategic decision-making regarding solution architecture for new taxes (IBS, CBS, etc.). **Technical Requirements:** ------------------------ * Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant (EBS or Oracle Cloud/Fusion). * Specialization in Brazil Localization (CLL) and deep knowledge of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, RI/Receivables). * In-depth understanding of Brazilian tax legislation and up-to-date awareness of Tax Reform developments. * Experience in high-complexity implementation, rollout, or specialized support projects. * Proficiency with data extraction and analysis tools (SQL is a strong plus). * Mastery of ancillary tax obligations and integration with tax software. **Behavioral Requirements:** ------------------------------- * Consultative Mindset: Ability to listen to clients, diagnose issues, and propose effective solutions. * Executive Communication: Skill in explaining complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels. * Analytical Thinking: Focus on problem-solving and meticulous attention to tax details. * Autonomy: Ability to manage personal deliverables and deadlines in a remote environment. * Resilience: Composure when handling scope changes common during legislative transition periods. **Preferred Qualifications:** ------------------------- * Official Oracle certifications (Cloud Financials or similar). * Prior experience with "Big Four" consulting firms. * Knowledge of complementary tax solutions (Mastersaf, TaxOne, Synchro, or similar). * Previous participation in working groups or committees focused on the Tax Reform. **Location and Work Mode:** ---------------------------- Remote **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** ------------------------------------------- We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals can interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, contribute new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
