




Responsibilities ; Perform bank reconciliation for specific accounts related to payroll-deductible loan operations. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial postings. Prepare monitoring reports and performance indicators for the area. Propose process improvements for reconciliation to optimize efficiency and reduce errors. Participate in projects implementing new reconciliation tools and systems. Requirements ; Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Proven experience in bank reconciliation, preferably in payroll-deductible loan operations. Knowledge of banking products, especially payroll-deductible loans and payroll processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate-level Excel. Skills ; Analytical ability and attention to detail. Ability to work with large volumes of data. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proactivity and organizational skills. Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
