If you match this profile, join our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Participate in the team's agile ceremonies, such as Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective; * Contribute to discovery processes by sharing technical vision for solution definition; * Document procedures, processes, and technical standards related to your area of expertise; * Perform technical tasks and oversee suppliers, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to defined processes; * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure synergy among systems, processes, and business requirements; * Conduct technical feasibility analyses for implementing or acquiring new solutions and systems; * Manage supplier relationships, monitoring deliveries, quality, deadlines, schedules, contracts, and access rights; * Support IT audits by evaluating system performance and identifying improvement opportunities; * Identify process automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and integrity; * Encourage knowledge sharing and the team's technical evolution; * Work on technology and business projects, participating in the development of internal solutions or partner-based solutions; * Support incident and request resolution, collaborating with the support team. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience using Figma for analysis or supporting interface design; * Knowledge of Mobile development (Android, iOS, or Flutter); * Familiarity with Git version control; * Experience working with agile methodologies; * Experience in teams organized under Tribe/Squad models. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in Frontend development; * Knowledge of Flutter; * Experience with Firebase; * Knowledge of MuleSoft; * Familiarity with Kafka; * Experience with Oracle PL/SQL; * Knowledge of C\#.
