Work model: Hybrid \- 2 days onsite Unit: Faria Lima \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Marketing Cloud Developer, you will work within Ágora Investimentos’ CRM \& Analytics Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Serving as the technical reference for Marketing Cloud operations, supporting business areas in designing automated journeys and campaigns * Working with programming languages and technologies such as AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML * Implementing and maintaining Personalization features * Implementing Push Notifications and WhatsApp Marketing * Mapping internal processes and defining audience segmentations * Continuously improving tool performance, including cleaning up outdated automations and suggesting optimization strategies **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Proficiency in SQL and AMPscript for segmentation and personalization development * Hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder * Experience using JavaScript for developing and maintaining Cloud Pages * Knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing and Push Notification implementation * Data integration and operationalization of automated journeys * Experience operating, maintaining, and optimizing Marketing Cloud environments * Solid experience of 3 years or more working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Prior experience as a Marketing Cloud Analyst, Marketing Automation Specialist, CRM Marketing Specialist, or equivalent roles You’ll stand out if you also have: * Experience in the financial sector * Experience at companies with robust CRM and digital marketing operations (handling large volumes of data, campaigns, and customer journeys) **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we highly value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * Profit Sharing (PLR) or Bonus: Subject to position eligibility\* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services from partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Viva Bem Bradesco: a health, well-being, and quality-of-life program * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: special conditions across various products and services * Daycare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave (20 days) * Maternity Leave (180 days), including gestational and postpartum support
