Then check out this opportunity and **\#JoinUOL!** At **UOL**, everyone is welcome, **regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability, etc.** What matters is that you enjoy challenges, work well in teams, embrace our culture and mission—to connect every Brazilian to their own universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze information extracted through various means (ERP systems, databases, spreadsheets, etc.) to create and develop reports. * Conduct financial and performance analyses, including forecasting, budgeting, PDD, banking expenses, and operational expenses. * Build, monitor, and refine KPIs and analytical models to support strategic decision-making by executive management. * Develop advanced executive dashboards in Power BI for business monitoring. * Manipulate and prepare databases using Python, creating automations, statistical models, and advanced analyses. * Produce studies, presentations, and executive dashboards with clear, business-oriented insights. * Analyze results and propose process improvements, cost optimization, and enhancements to commercial and operational performance. * Work in a data-driven, investigative manner, ensuring data quality, analytical accuracy, and clarity in communication with stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Data Science, Technology, Databases, or related fields. * Solid experience in FP\&A, KPIs, Planning, Business Analytics, or related areas. * Proficiency in developing strategies as well as preparing forecasts and budgets for PDD, banking expenses, and operational expenses. * Experience in analyzing results, performance, and costs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, modeling, and automations). * Knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, executive dashboard development). * Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and preparation. * Knowledge of Python for analysis, automation, statistical modeling, or data processing. * Experience developing presentations, studies, and executive dashboards to support decision-making. **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in accounting entries and postings. * Prior work experience in financial institutions or service-providing companies. * Prior work experience in Finance and/or Credit and/or Collections departments.
