




Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, controlling, and optimizing industrial costs to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in continuous improvement projects **What You Will Do** Responsible for analyzing, controlling, and optimizing industrial costs, ensuring the reliability of production financial information, supporting strategic decision-making, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Calculate and analyze industrial costs (raw materials, labor, indirect costs, and factory expenses). * Perform monthly industrial cost closing and variance analysis. * Develop and monitor performance indicators (cost KPIs). * Prepare margin, profitability, and product cost structure analyses. * Support industrial budgeting and forecasting processes. * Analyze deviations between actual and standard costs. * Participate in continuous improvement and waste reduction projects. * Establish and maintain standard cost. * Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, PCP, Controlling, and Procurement departments. * Support internal and external audits related to costs. **What We Expect From You** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Power BI (Intermediate); * Knowledge of SQL (database). * Solid knowledge of: * Industrial costing methods (absorption, variable, and standard costing). * Cost allocation and cost composition. * Cost accounting. * Experience with industrial ERP systems (TOTVS, Protheus, or similar). * Understanding of industrial production processes. * Financial variance and indicator analysis. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement. * Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing (within your sector). * Knowledge of Activity-Based Costing (ABC). **Benefits** Medical assistance (Sul América) Dental assistance (Porto Seguro) Pharmacy agreement Group life insurance Meal allowance On-site cafeteria Fuel allowance Birthday Day Off TotalPass Agreement with SESI Club.
