Join us \#BeGreenBlood! **Responsibilities and Duties** * As an HR Payroll Analyst, you will: * Respond to service requests while managing payroll-related processes; * Monitor and verify employee benefits; * Analyze data to prepare reports; * Provide guidance and clarification services to all stakeholders and support employees, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; * Fulfill documentation requests related to labor proceedings; * Generate reports on overtime, vacations, timekeeping, hires, terminations, and benefits; complete spreadsheets and consolidate data; * Track process stages via reports to ensure effective execution.
