Collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure efficient deliveries. ### **Position: Senior GBO\-BOX\-MDR / Oracle Developer** **Location:** São Paulo — Hybrid Model **Sector:** Banking / Financial #### **About the opportunity** We are seeking a **GBO\-BOX\-MDR Analyst / Oracle Developer** to work on **strategic projects** in the **Treasury and Customer Registration** areas. The professional will be responsible for **analysis, development, and support** in Oracle environments, ensuring correct process execution and resolution of production incidents. #### **Main responsibilities** * Develop and analyze **PL/SQL routines** for Treasury and Customer Registration systems; * Support **UATs (User Acceptance Testing)** with key users; * Address **production incidents**, ensuring service quality and continuity; * Actively participate in **continuous improvement and process optimization**; * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure efficient, client-aligned deliveries. #### **Technical requirements** * 3 years of experience in **Oracle / PL\-SQL development**; * Knowledge of **Treasury and Customer Registration processes**; * Experience in **post-production support** and incident handling; * **English for conversation**. #### **Behavioral skills** * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with users and technical teams; * Proactivity, results orientation, and adaptability; * Collaborative work in a dynamic environment. **Work model:** Hybrid — São Paulo, SP **Language:** English (conversational level) **Start date:** Immediate
