### **Join South System and take off!** We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to board our spacecraft and, together, drive people and businesses forward through innovation. #### **Location: Remote** **Responsibilities:** **Development of intelligent agents** * Build agents using **LangChain/LangGraph** for classification, routing, similarity, controlled execution, validation, and decision-making. * Design complex workflows with tools (Tools) integrating APIs, databases, ServiceNow, messaging systems, and backend modules. * Implement trust logic, explainability, and reasoning (rationale \+ top\-k). **RAG and intelligent processing** * Develop RAG pipelines using Atlas Vector Search, embeddings, metadata, tuning, and quality evaluation. * Create and maintain vector indexes, top\-k for incidents and corporate documents. **AI pipelines and observability** * Integrate pipelines with **MLflow** to track metrics, accuracy, latency, and operational KPIs. * Build monitoring and auditing dashboards. **Validations, automations, and critical workflows** * Develop deterministic and intelligent validators (especially CSV Validator). * Build rule engines for DLQ queues (reason \+ properties). * Create human-in-the-loop (HITL) approval mechanisms (e.g., dual approval), dry-run, and controlled execution. **Enterprise integrations** * Integrate agents with ServiceNow (Incidents, RITM, Attachments), ensuring full traceability. * Integrate agents with Azure Service Bus (peek\-lock, reprocessing, settlement). **Cloud and infrastructure** * Work with solutions on **Azure/AKS**, including deployments, CI/CD pipelines, logging, scalability, and security. * Build solutions based on MongoDB/Atlas (scripts\_catalog, decision\_journal, vectors). **Required qualifications:** * Experience in Data Science / AI / ML, with proven technical depth. * Solid experience with **LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and LangChain/LangGraph-based agents**. * Hands-on experience with **Azure** architecture, including services such as: * AKS (deployment, autoscaling, monitoring, RBAC), * Key Vault (secrets, permissions), * Advanced proficiency in **Python**, including FastAPI, validations, integrations, and advanced scripting. * Experience with **MongoDB/Atlas** for persistence, vectors, catalogs, and artifacts. * Experience with **MLflow** for observability, tracking, and metrics. * Deep knowledge of data processing, PII masking, anonymization, and security best practices. * Azure certifications. * Experience building production-grade AI pipelines. * Ability to model workflows incorporating HITL and intelligent automation. * Understanding of distributed architectures, microservices, and complex integrations. **Preferred qualifications:** * Proven experience with autonomous agents in production environments. * Experience with Kubernetes Jobs for controlled execution. * Experience with Azure **Service Bus** (queues, DLQ, retries, reprocessing). * Experience with Rule Engines and intelligent DLQ handling. * Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines). * Knowledge of advanced observability and SRE practices for production models. **Differentiating benefits:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, selected by the Business Partner team with curation and guidance. * **Remote work benefit** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash card.** Interested in this opportunity?
