Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping and reviewing credit granting processes, analyzing proposals and financial statements, drafting credit opinions, and monitoring the credit portfolio. Customer data analysis and credit risk modeling **Work Mode: Hybrid / Alphaville, Barueri - SP** **Responsibilities:** * Map and review credit granting processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement. * Collaborate closely with business units to support proposal analysis and ensure alignment with the institution's credit policies. * Analyze financial statements, credit history, and customers' repayment capacity to support decision-making. * Draft credit opinions with recommendations grounded in technical and strategic criteria. * Monitor the credit portfolio by tracking risk indicators, delinquency rates, and exposure levels. * Support the definition and revision of credit policies, limits, and collateral requirements based on risk profiles and market conditions. * Develop management reports and presentations featuring credit portfolio performance analyses. **Essential Technical Competencies:** * Knowledge of credit systems and customer data analysis * Microsoft Office 365 suite (advanced Excel proficiency required) * SQL Server knowledge for querying and data manipulation * Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI * Experience with credit bureaus including Serasa Experian and SPC Brasil * Basic understanding of credit risk modeling and scoring * Knowledge of credit policies and regulatory compliance * Familiarity with process automation (RPA) and system integration **Preferred Qualifications:** Python **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work for Alphaville, SP
