This is how Localiza\&Co connects with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Data Scientist to transform technical expertise in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence into competitive advantages for the Company. You will work on strategic and challenging projects spanning areas such as rental and vehicle sales pricing, customer journey recommendation and personalization, revenue optimization, among others. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Propose, develop, and implement end-to-end robust, scalable, and high-performance Machine Learning models; * Implement recommendation and personalization models; * Develop hybrid intelligence systems combining Machine Learning and generative AI; * Provide technical leadership for projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions; * Collaborate with business and product teams to define solutions through a systemic and comprehensive perspective; * Conduct complex analyses, extracting valuable insights and generating positive business impact; * Develop and implement monitoring and performance measurement solutions; * Optimize processing of massive datasets, ensuring efficiency and accuracy; * Support other data scientists, fostering an environment of continuous learning; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate data solutions across various company areas; * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI, applying them to continuously improve existing processes and models. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience extracting value from data, preferably in Data Science/Big Data domains; * Experience developing Machine Learning models; * Ability to assess the impact and ROI of Machine Learning models; * Skill in clearly and effectively presenting methodologies and results to business teams; * Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms; * Experience with statistics; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively; * +4 years of proven experience working in data science; * Advanced and consolidated knowledge of Python and SQL. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Knowledge of model development on AWS; * Experience developing pricing models; * Experience developing recommendation models; * Experience using generative models / generative AI; * Familiarity with SageMaker (AWS); * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF THIS POSITION** * Profit Sharing * Company Car * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Gympass * Private Pension * Remote Work Allowance * Allya * Unlimited access to numerous courses offered by our Localiza University * Internal training and development programs * Discount on vehicle purchase and rental **Experience being Localiza\&Co and help us build the future of mobility!** We are one of the **world’s largest and most comprehensive mobility platforms**, bringing together diverse innovative and efficient solutions.
