Requirements: A Data Scientist with strong experience in exploratory and diagnostic data analysis, solid business acumen, critical analytical thinking, and communication skills. The role will be strategic and closely aligned with the Analytics team, aiming to identify opportunities for value creation for the company and support data-informed decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct exploratory and diagnostic data analysis (EDA) focused on dental plan or similar sectors. * Develop predictive models and recommendation algorithms (e.g., next best offer, segmentation, classification). * Translate complex data into clear insights to support strategic decisions by Product and Business teams. * Identify behavioral patterns, segment customers, and suggest data-driven actions to improve customer experience and retention. * Support continuous product improvement initiatives based on evidence extracted from data. * Act consultatively with stakeholders across different areas, proposing high-impact analytical approaches. * Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data using modern analysis and modeling tools. * Use platforms such as Python, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to communicate results. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as a Data Scientist. * Technical Skills: * Python (pandas, scikit\-learn, etc.), SQL, visualization tools (Power BI), PySpark. * Experience with machine learning libraries and recommendation algorithms. * Proficiency in statistical analysis and manipulation of large-scale datasets. * Strong analytical capability, business sense, and ability to communicate effectively across departments. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments. * Intermediate English for technical reading and writing. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the supplementary health sector (dentistry, insurance, healthcare). * Experience with cloud computing tools such as AWS SageMaker or Azure ML. * Knowledge of data regulations and best practices in regulated environments (LGPD, ANS, etc.).
