We are looking for a **Data Scientist** to develop analyses and models that transform data into business decisions, focusing on customer behavior, market performance, and SaaS model metrics. The candidate will work within the intelligence team, closely aligned with operations and revenue teams, with autonomy to propose hypotheses, build models, and support strategic decisions through data. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transform structured and unstructured data into actionable insights using statistical analysis and Machine Learning models; * Develop, train, validate, and deploy predictive models with statistical rigor; * Implement and maintain MLOps practices (versioning, deployment, monitoring, and observability); * Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure scalable, governed, and efficient pipelines; * Communicate analytical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, linking metrics to business impact; * Digital mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Data Scientist or Advanced Data Analyst, with a strong foundation in Statistics, Probability, and Machine Learning; * Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn or similar); * Experience with analytical or predictive modeling applied to real-world business problems; * Hands-on experience with product metrics or SaaS metrics (e.g., churn, LTV, CAC, retention, cohort, funnel, recurring revenue); * Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation in relational databases; * Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in SaaS companies or recurring-revenue businesses; * Knowledge of NLP, natural language processing, or use of LLMs in data analysis. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Anywhere Office \- 100% remote. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Health and dental insurance; * Remote work allowance; * Profit Sharing and Results Program; * Setup Kit voucher; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * GoGood \| Nav; * Health and wellness promotion program; Partnerships and discounts. * One of our core pillars is appreciation for people, and we are proud to say we are a company that supports diversity and inclusion.
