Its mission is to equip individuals with the skills required for today’s job market. **Responsibilities:** Manage data products end-to-end. Define data product strategy and roadmap jointly with stakeholders. Conduct discovery, backlog refinement, and prioritization. Collaborate closely with technical leadership and engineering, data science, and data analytics teams. Ensure data quality, governance, traceability, and compliance. Lead the team and deliver status reports to executives and business units. Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption, productivity, and financial impact. Sustain the product through continuous enhancements and incident management. On-site role in Jaguariúna / SP.
