Our Outsourcing Management team will be closely supporting you through 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, cultural integration, and career growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do:** * Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines, ensuring integration across diverse data sources; * Implement and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to guarantee data quality and availability; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions; * Monitor and resolve issues related to data performance and integrity, proposing continuous improvements; * Document processes, standards, and best practices for data handling and usage within the organization; * Develop end-to-end Power BI solutions with connectors linked to Databricks, supporting incremental update processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in data engineering, with emphasis on large-scale environments and integration with **Databricks**. * Proficiency in **Power BI** as a data visualization tool, capable of **developing dashboards** and robust reports. * Proficiency in programming languages and data manipulation tools such as **SQL, Python**, and **big data** technologies. * Knowledge of ETL and data integration tools, preferably with hands-on experience using Databricks. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases, as well as cloud environments such as **AWS, Google Cloud**, or **Azure**. * Ability to work with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams. **Desirable Experience:** * Participation in digital transformation and real-time data analytics projects, focusing on Databricks and Power BI. * Databricks certification * Power BI certification **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Meal and transportation allowances; Health insurance; Biannual performance reviews with growth opportunities; Feedback-driven culture; Maternity/paternity leave; Referral bonus; ZenKlub \- two free sessions per month; Education benefit; Longevity bonus; Coworking office available in Porto Alegre (RS). **About the Hiring Process:** CLT employment contract; Remote work; We are committed to building an increasingly diverse and inclusive company.
