You will be responsible for: * Building and maintaining executive and operational dashboards based on defined requirements * Optimizing queries and visualizations with focus on performance and clarity * Connecting and manipulating data from PostgreSQL and MongoDB for reporting consumption * Ensuring consistency, readability, and up-to-date information in presented reports * Documenting metrics, data sources, and filters applied in each delivery * Collaborating with the data engineer and the manager responsible for the requests * Performing other related duties compatible with the position. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Minimum professional experience of 5 (five) years in the data analysis field. * Completed bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. * Expert-level SQL proficiency (PostgreSQL): use of complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization. * Proficiency in at least one visualization tool: Metabase, Power BI, Superset, Looker Studio, or similar; * Proven practical experience with MongoDB: reading, aggregations, data structuring, and integration with BI tools. * Knowledge of data modeling for reporting (e.g.: star schema, snowflake); * Familiarity with basic version control using Git. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Analysis and/or Information Technology. * Knowledge of Elastic Search (querying and reading for dashboards). * Experience with report automation and scheduled delivery. * Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation or organization. * Prior experience with reports targeted to business areas or management. **Desirable Certifications:** * PostgreSQL: * PostgreSQL Associate Certification – EDB (EnterpriseDB); * Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate (1Z0-071); * Mode SQL Expert CertificateKnowledge of ElasticSearch (querying and reading for dashboards). * MongoDB: * MongoDB Certified Developer Associate; * MongoDB for BI Connector TrainingExperience with report automation and scheduled delivery. * BI & Data Visualization: * Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI); * Looker LookML Developer Certification; * Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. **Benefits:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Gym allowance, Fuel allowance, Childcare allowance, Education assistance, Internal benefits, Private pension, Life insurance, Meal voucher
