We are looking for a **Senior Backend Engineer** responsible for planning and delivering projects, developing advanced technical solutions, and mentoring the team. You will make strategic technology decisions and collaborate across departments to ensure project efficiency and success. **Our Engineering Team** Jeitto’s Software Engineering team delivers business value through robust, scalable software solutions—following industry best practices and our established reference architecture. **What You’ll Do Here:** * Lead high-complexity projects, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and defining action plans if any course corrections arise; * Write scalable code using the C\# programming language; * Contribute to technical decision-making; * Mentor and support team members’ development, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth; * Analyze data and information to make informed decisions that positively impact organizational goals; * Resolve application issues and bugs to optimize performance; conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; * Proven experience as a senior developer or in a similar role; * Strong understanding of system architectures, software development, and software engineering practices; * Communication skills and ability to inspire technical teams; * Expertise in C\# and ASP.NET application development; * Experience with Git. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience in the financial services industry; ***Privacy Notice*** *Jeitto processes personal data submitted in this application solely for recruitment and selection purposes, in accordance with the LGPD.
