Our ecosystem brings together brands operating across various fitness and wellness segments: gyms such as Smart Fit, Bio Ritmo, and Nation CT; studios including Race Bootcamp, Vidya Studio, Jab House, Tonus Gym, Aera Pilates, Velocity, and Kore; and digital products TotalPass and Queima Diária. * Design, enhance, and govern Growth-area analytical dashboards in Power BI, ensuring efficient data reporting, advanced DAX usage, and decision-oriented design. * Ensure end-to-end traceability and high data reliability for funnel, attribution, performance, and experimentation analyses. * Structure and lead in-depth performance analyses across the funnel (acquisition and conversion), generating actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders. * Leverage internal data and attribution tools—including Google Analytics (GA4) and AppsFlyer—consistently linking results to real business impact. * Design and execute CRO and experimentation routines—including metric definition and validation, result analysis and interpretation, application of statistical methods, and structured documentation of learnings. Ensure consistency, standardization, and governance of metrics, promoting alignment across departments and guaranteeing the quality, transparency, and reliability of reported information. * **Requirements** **Essential items you must have in your toolkit:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
