A variety of career opportunities and benefits **Company:** ------------ Marsh **Description:** ---------------- **We are looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant to join our team!** **We count on you to:** * Participate in meetings to understand client needs, mapping essential information for developing consulting projects. * Execute national and international consulting projects, maintaining contact with clients, prospects, and overseas offices. * Present benefits management proposals and alternatives to clients, always pursuing innovative solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams across various areas, such as Sales, Health Management, Placement, Products, and Operations. * Conduct internal initiatives aimed at enhancing the consulting practice and work on Flexible Benefits projects. * Address client requirements with a results-oriented focus, demonstrating critical thinking, creativity, and initiative. **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of the benefits market, especially medical, dental, and life insurance. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, formulas, and databases. * Intermediate to advanced English; Spanish is desirable. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and logical reasoning ability. * Experience in benefits harmonization and redesign projects, as well as familiarity with the Flexible Benefits model. **What Sets You Apart:** * Experience in international projects and engagement with global clients. * In-depth knowledge of the benefits market and current trends. * Ability to innovate and propose creative solutions to complex challenges. * Team spirit, flexibility, and commitment to continuous learning. **Why Join Our Team:** * We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, engaging work, and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work alongside talented colleagues to create new solutions and make an impact for peers, clients, and communities. * Our scale enables us to offer a wide range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well\-being.
