Opportunity to propose and implement continuous improvements FCamara is seeking a Senior Backend .NET Developer to collaborate with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specializing in venture capital, private equity, and global wealth and asset management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide production environment maintenance and technical support for .NET systems, ensuring application availability and reliability; * Monitor systems and messaging platforms, analyzing logs, queues, and metrics to identify and resolve incidents; * Perform debugging and technical triage of issues, ensuring fault correction and minimizing business impact; * Propose and implement continuous improvements to code, architecture, and application monitoring; * Support business teams and other technical areas in requirements analysis and clarification of functional questions; * Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations in .NET; * Ensure application observability using APM tools, metrics, and centralized logging; * Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to the full application lifecycle (development, deployment, monitoring, and support). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Solid experience with .NET / C# (minimum 3 years); * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL); * Hands-on experience in microservices and messaging environments (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.); * Knowledge of application monitoring, log analysis, and observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, Prometheus, Kibana, etc.); * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; * Practical experience with unit testing (TDD) and Design Patterns; * Experience integrating and maintaining cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Familiarity with CI/CD, GIT, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Desirable:** * Knowledge of financial markets and banking operations; * Experience with ElasticSearch, GraphQL, and code quality tools (SonarQube); * Prior experience supporting/maintaining critical high-availability systems; * Intermediate English or Spanish. **Soft Skills:** **** * Investigative and analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing and solving complex problems; * Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders; * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and results orientation; * Team spirit and resilience to handle critical demands; * Organization and attention to detail; * Ability to self-manage and thrive in dynamic environments. **Additional Information** JOIN US AS \#SANGUELARANJA!
