Objective This role involves the analysis, design, advanced development, and maintenance of our critical commercial applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex application solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications. * Conduct in-depth problem resolution and root cause analysis for critical application issues, implementing effective and timely solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure specialists—to define and deliver application enhancements and new features. * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans—including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing—to ensure application quality and stability. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior application analysts and developers. * Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring delivery within established timelines and budgets. * Participate in evaluating and selecting new technologies and tools to improve application performance and efficiency. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all applications, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. * Ensure compliance with established IT policies, procedures, and security best practices. * Perform application performance tuning and optimization to maximize efficiency and scalability.
