In this role, you will interact with various global teams and key users to ensure operational excellence in Billing & Cash processes, aligned with corporate policies and procedures. Responsibilities Manage SAP FI/CO support processes for Incident, Problem, and Change, as well as communication with business areas, ensuring execution of the applied ITIL methodology Support the management of agreed SLAs, identifying process improvement opportunities to reduce incidents and enhance business support Support the operations management of SAP Finance modules (Billing & Cash), aiming to maintain service availability and quality Support SAP FI/CO demand planning, ensuring process governance and visibility for all stakeholders Analyze, consolidate, and validate SAP technical documentation, proposing improvements and ensuring compliance with global policies Manage SAP configuration inventory control through data collection tools, ensuring feedback to requestors regarding costs and requirements Act as a technical/functional reference in SAP FI/CO, performing risk analyses, impact assessments for projects, and leading resolution of complex incidents Directly participate in SAP Change Management processes, applying controls to ensure service availability and quality Support global teams and SAP project teams by defining technical and functional standards, best practices, and sharing risks Support the SAP information security team by applying definitions agreed upon in projects and security committees Support global and regional SAP FI/CO initiatives, aligning new functionalities and enhancements with the current environment and budget Support operational management of SAP contracts through performance reports, usage reports, and management meetings Support SAP implementation projects by participating in governance meetings and sharing information for project transitions Generate SAP technical support documents, process mapping and design, management presentations, and status reports About You **Academic background:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field Relevant experience in SAP FI/CO with focus on Billing & Cash Fluent English (mandatory).
