We are seeking a **RiskOps Coordinator** to lead risk, fraud, and AML/CFT operations, ensuring operational excellence, continuous evolution of detection strategies, and strong alignment with Product, Technology, Data Science, and Compliance teams. This role is strategic and combines **people leadership**, **analytical vision**, **regulatory knowledge**, and **the ability to scale risk operations** in complex, high-stakes environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Coordinate and develop the **RiskOps** team, covering **digital fraud prevention (DFP)** and **anti-money laundering (AML/CFT)**. * Lead analyses, investigations, and handling of risk events, fraud cases, and AML alerts, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability. * Define operational guidelines, policies, metrics, SLAs, and RiskOps performance indicators. * Collaborate closely with **Data Science** to enhance rules, analytical models, risk scores, and detection strategies. * Work jointly with **Product and Engineering** to evolve anti-fraud and AML solutions, bringing the operational perspective into product design. * Support governance processes, audits, regulatory requirements, and interactions with Compliance teams. * Produce executive analyses, reports, and strategic recommendations on risks, fraud trends, and financial crimes. * Contribute to automation, orchestration, and scalability of Fraud Prevention and AML processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields**. * Solid experience in **RiskOps, digital fraud prevention and/or AML/CFT**, preferably in regulated environments. * Prior experience in **team coordination or leadership**, with focus on people development and delivery management. * Experience in data analysis, event investigation, and construction of risk mitigation strategies. * Strong ability to communicate clearly and structurally with both technical and executive audiences. * Participate in the continuous evolution of solutions by proposing improvements based on risks, market trends, and AI innovations; * Systemic and analytical vision for decision-making in complex scenarios. * Evolve and apply knowledge of LLM tools and AI agents, leading implementations for automation and efficiency. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with **anti-fraud, transactional monitoring, and AML/CFT platforms**. * Experience in **SaaS product environments** and large-scale operations. * Certifications or courses in **Fraud, Information Security, or AML/CFT**. * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and best practices (**Central Bank of Brazil, COAF, LGPD**). * Experience in process automation, investigation workflows, and operational KPIs. **Additional Information** **Keep in mind these benefits that will enhance your experience at Topaz!** * **Health and Well-being:** Because we care about our teams, we offer various health plans focused on promoting well-being across the organization. * **Personal and Professional Development:** We are in constant evolution.
