




Job Summary: Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring the quality and timeliness of information, and lead the team responsible for reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Implement improvements and automation in regulatory data generation workflows **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to regulatory bodies (CVM, Anbima, and BACEN) * Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness of reported information. * Serve as the focal point for regulators, auditors, and internal departments for technical clarifications. * Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to reporting processes. * Manage regulatory schedules and ensure adherence to critical deadlines. * Lead and develop the team responsible for reporting. * Review and validate financial, accounting, and operational information prior to submission. * Implement improvements and automation in regulatory data generation workflows. * Support internal departments in interpreting regulations and assessing regulatory impacts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Substantial experience with regulatory reporting for investment funds. * In-depth knowledge of CVM regulations applicable to investment funds. * Experience with audits and interactions with regulators. * Experience in team or regulatory project management. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of CVM regulations applicable to securitization companies. * Experience with regulatory reporting systems. * Experience in implementing internal controls and process mapping. **What We Offer** * Hybrid and flexible work model to attend our offices in Uberlândia and São Paulo * Caju benefits card: meal/food allowance (VR/VA) and transportation allowance * Health insurance plan with no co-payment * Dental insurance plan with no co-payment * Childcare allowance * Gympass
