Perform registration, update patient data, and issue appointment slips in the system. Request and track authorizations for consultations and exams with health insurance providers. Organize patient flow by issuing and distributing queue numbers and directing patients. Support pre-consultation and exam procedures through basic instructions and protocols. Deliver test results and provide post-consultation and post-exam guidance to patients. Assist with front-desk administrative routines, including document organization and supply control. Contribute to agile, humanized, and efficient service delivery. Tasks relevant to standard receptionist duties. Position located in Goiânia / GO. Prior experience as Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role.
