Mission Ensure the implementation, execution, and data collection of field, laboratory, and greenhouse experiments aiming at effective, sustainable solutions aligned with the needs of the citrus industry, promoting increased productivity, cost reduction, or improved orchard efficiency. This includes validation of new formulations, field trials, agronomic performance analysis, and technical support for R\&D projects. What you will do * Learn about the company's Technical Standards (NTs) and provide feedback to the team with improvement opportunities; * Support the implementation of field, laboratory, and/or greenhouse experiments, ensuring good agricultural experimentation practices and strict adherence to testing protocols as described in internal procedures and standards; * Collect, generate reports on data, results, and analyses according to the protocol/researcher's schedule and guidance, ensuring test quality, whose outcomes will support changes/updates to technical standards; * Monitor and produce reports on the progress of R\&D projects in the areas of phytosanitary management, nutrition, varieties, and irrigation—ensuring optimal experimental management conditions to maximize results/hypotheses under evaluation; * Assist in the development and testing of new products (fertilizers, pesticides, soil amendments, seeds, etc.), new scion and rootstock varieties, and irrigation depth management and water use; * Keep work environments always clean and organized. Maintain equipment organized, calibrated, and ready for proper use; report deviations for correction and maintenance; * Comply with all governance, quality, and workplace safety requirements so that all operations occur in accordance with procedures, internal standards, and current legislation. * Responsible for field support activities, including plot identification and testing, dosage analysis and input application, fruit sample collection and weighing, etc. What we are looking for * Completed High School education; * Preferred completion of a Technician in Agriculture or similar course; * Currently pursuing higher education; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Previous experience in the role. **Knowledge required:** * Proficiency with MS\-Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Basic knowledge of plant nutrition and phytosanitary management. * Basic knowledge of agricultural practices, experimentation, and good laboratory practices; * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; * Availability for travel and fieldwork when necessary. **Work location:** Matão/SP
