Job Summary: This Junior Quality Assurance role involves creating, executing, and documenting manual test scenarios, identifying bugs, and supporting quality improvements within an agile team. Knowledge of test automation with Cypress and test management **Quality Assurance Jr** **Job Responsibilities** Create, organize, and execute manual test scenarios. Develop clear and well-documented test cases. Validate functionalities according to requirements and acceptance criteria. Record test evidence and document results. Identify, document, and track bugs. Support the team in identifying quality improvements. Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review, and retrospective). **Requirements:** Knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Basic knowledge of databases for script execution (test data generation). Experience or familiarity with creating and executing test scenarios. Familiarity with BDD (Behavior Driven Development). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis; or currently pursuing such a degree. Knowledge of test automation with Cypress. Familiarity with test management tools. **Practical Testing Skills:** Writing clear, organized, and objective test cases. Executing manual tests with evidence recording. Reporting bugs with detailed descriptions and reproduction steps. Validating requirements and identifying inconsistencies. Basic knowledge of software quality and acceptance criteria. **Behavioral Skills:** Attention to detail (investigative mindset). Strong communication with developers, Product Owners, and business areas. Organization and clarity in written communication. Proactivity in raising questions and suggesting improvements. Team collaboration. Tools and Environment Use of Azure for test management and execution. Collaborative environment with agile practices.
