We play a fundamental role in supporting Bradesco’s customer service, responsible for reducing foot traffic in Branch Network locations, enabling higher-quality service, increased productivity, prospecting new individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) clients, and achieving PADE/POBJ objectives. Additionally, we handle BackOffice coverage for Banking Agents (PAs) and ensure customer service presence in municipalities without branches or PAs. Expanding the Correspondent Network is a strategic bank objective; therefore, Relationship Agencies must maintain strong relationships with service-providing companies, always seeking long-term partnerships. Work model: On-site Unit: Alphaville - SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Product Owner, you will work within the Bradesco Expresso management team, performing the following key activities: * Manage, maintain, and evolve products and initiatives using both agile and traditional methodologies; * Actively participate in agile ventures (Vila), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and business areas; * Elicit, analyze, and refine functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business rules, workflows, and processes; * Author and interpret user stories, supporting technical understanding and solution development; * Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog, considering business metrics and user experience; * Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Octane for activity tracking, documentation, and governance; * Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts, proposing solutions and supporting decision-making; * Support data analysis, KPIs, and A/B testing, monitoring delivery performance and driving continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Proven experience with agile and traditional methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and PDCA, and understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC); * Practical, advanced experience with Jira, covering backlog management, user stories, workflows, and delivery tracking; * Prior experience as Project Analyst, Product Owner (PO), Systems Analyst, Developer (DEV), or QA; * Ability to map risks, identify impacts, and interpret technical and functional information (business rules, features, workflows, and processes); * Skill in backlog definition and prioritization, guided by business metrics and user experience; * Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using indicators to support decision-making; * Technical English, focused on reading and comprehension of simple programming content; * Consistent application of agile methodologies, with ability to disseminate best practices across the team.
