Responsible for ensuring the store is ready to receive customers, supplying departments with products, and keeping them organized—from receipt in the warehouse through to the final customer service process, including payment and product delivery to the customer. **Key responsibilities:** Control merchandise receipt via the inventory system, registering all executed operations to ensure process reliability. Update merchandise prices according to deadlines established by the system. Ensure restocking of merchandise across all store departments. Maintain the warehouse area in appropriate condition for inventory counts, merchandise receipt, and optimal product visibility. Serve customers by executing all steps of the sales closing process, focusing on excellent service and data verification. Process merchandise returns in accordance with the exchange policy.
