Our team specializes in developing and managing financial solutions tailored to the Digital Business segment. Work model: Hybrid — 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco — SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Product Specialist, you will join the Payroll Loan Product Management team and your main responsibilities will include: * Monitoring the payroll loan market and conducting benchmarking analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, best practices, and competitive positioning; * Monitoring the customer journey across various channels, running tests, and proposing enhancements to optimize usability and conversion; * Tracking product KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, pricing, and conversion; * Identifying, measuring, and prioritizing initiatives that deliver value and align with the bank’s strategic objectives; * Structuring projects, writing user stories, and performing acceptance testing to ensure critical scenarios are fully covered; * Overseeing project implementation and ensuring adherence to requirements without adverse impact on production; * Ensuring timely, accurate communication, reporting, and cross-company engagement regarding product enhancements; * Generating insights to make the payroll loan product the best in the market. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields; * End-to-end expertise in INSS payroll loan products (new loans, refinancing, and portability); * In-depth knowledge of payroll loan processing workflows and communication services with Dataprev; * Advanced understanding of loan processors/endorsers and digital documentation; * Deep knowledge of payroll loan regulations and policies; * Ability to prepare analytical studies (data analysis); * Proficiency in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for diverse hierarchical levels.
