Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for collecting payroll data, calculating terminations and vacation accruals, managing leaves of absence and employment stability provisions, and monitoring labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for payroll calculations, terminations, and vacation accruals 2. Managing leave of absence controls, employment stability provisions, and labor legislation 3. Supporting communication and organization of HR processes WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Monthly salary between R$ 4.059,00 and R$ 4.500,00; Meal or Food Allowance (VR/VA) of R$ 700.00; Transportation Allowance (VT) or fuel subsidy; Childcare allowance; Training programs; Well-being policies; Various partnership agreements. After the probationary period, additional benefits include health and dental insurance plans, birthday leave, among others. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work onsite in the Estreito neighborhood, Florianópolis; * Proactivity, commitment, and decision-making ability; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with the Questor system is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collect payroll data and perform required calculations; * Calculate terminations and vacation accruals; * Manage leaves of absence and employment stability provisions; * Monitor and apply Collective Bargaining Agreement rules; * Provide support regarding CLT labor legislation and collective agreements; * Conduct termination homologations; * Communicate with all departments and employees; * Manage and organize vacation schedules; * Administer health, dental, and pharmacy benefit plans.
