The Mobility team is responsible for tracking metrics and KPIs, analyzing driver journey data, supporting report and automation development, and contributing to incentive design and operational strategy formulation. Role Responsibilities: * Monitor KPIs to track marketplace performance and driver/passenger behavior, acting swiftly whenever needed to improve the experience; * Support the development of operational strategies with direct impact on our day-to-day results; * Be encouraged to cultivate an innovative mindset, taking ownership of 99’s growth across multiple cities and helping enhance service quality; * Develop initiative-taking skills within a constantly evolving workplace, adopting a generalist, hands-on approach. Role Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields; * Availability to work in a hybrid model at our São Paulo - SP office, with internship duration of 1.5 to 2 years; * Intermediate English; * Intermediate Excel; * SQL proficiency is a plus.
