Learn about our clients, explore our content, and find out whether you’re the right person to join \#WeAreMDS. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform billing verification for medical accounts (Lives), identifying contradictory data and/or information, gaps, errors, incorrect numbers and documents, and outdated information, in order to safeguard against issues that may cause harm to the business and/or client. * Support registration-related activities via health insurance providers’ websites, to efficiently and securely manage all corporate movements. * Initiate claims filing by executing established processes and action protocols, ensuring agile and effective mobilization in response to an incident. * Provide necessary support and/or assistance to other departments through data and/or information sharing and support, ensuring continuity of processes and/or task execution. * Carry out other related and inherent professional activities as required by departmental needs and/or demands, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. * Actively contribute to developing performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Administrative experience involving data analysis and document verification. * Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, sense of priority, organization, and assertive communication. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal and/or food allowance * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Wellhub * Wellz * Day off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
