Coordinate data collection, organization, and interpretation using tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio to develop reports and dashboards, ensuring adherence to best practices in data governance, quality, and integrity. Actively support the team in development efforts, guiding analytical solution design and data preparation/transformation to ensure data availability and reliability for analysis. Promote adoption of best practices in data analysis and visualization, and guide the team in applying statistical techniques and analytical tools, focusing on generating relevant business insights and strengthening a data\-driven culture. Contribute to process automation initiatives using solutions such as Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and standardize analytical deliverables. Responsible for preparing and delivering results and insights presentations to internal departments and clients, ensuring clarity, objectivity, and alignment with business requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, including information security, compliance, and LGPD regulations.**Requirements** -------------- Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in similar roles, including experience supporting or leading teams. Solid knowledge of data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis, ensuring information quality and reliability. Experience with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Apps, among others. Strong analytical capability to interpret data and translate complex results into clear, actionable business insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to deliver presentations and interact effectively with diverse departments and hierarchical levels, including stakeholders and clients. Experience in collaborative work, with strong organizational skills, demand prioritization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity or knowledge of data governance practices, information quality, and data\-driven culture. Industry-specific experience relevant to the company’s operations is considered a plus. Certifications in data, analytics, or related tools are desirable but not mandatory.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Supervise data collection and integration from various sources—including databases, APIs, and structured files—ensuring data standardization and reliability. Monitor and guide data cleaning, processing, and preparation processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to data governance best practices. Conduct and support exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and business-relevant insights. Participate in and lead meetings with internal departments and clients to gather requirements, align expectations, and define priorities and next steps. Guide application of statistical techniques and analytical models, ensuring methodological consistency and delivery quality. Supervise dashboard and interactive visualization development, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment with business needs. Partner with business units to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure value delivery. Validate and consolidate data-driven recommendations, supporting tactical and operational decision-making. Support the team’s technical development by encouraging adoption of best practices and continuous learning in analytics tools and methodologies. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and company policies, including HSE, Quality, Information Security, Code of Conduct, and LGPD.
