




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring campus security and its surroundings via cameras, identifying risks, recording incidents, and relaying information to the security team. Support for security personnel and law enforcement * Monitor campus and surrounding area security via cameras, observing risks to personal safety—such as suspicious behavior by students, staff, and visitors; actions harmful to security; premature student departures; hazardous locations due to civil construction work; and potential thefts—and record all incidents, reporting them to the responsible supervisor for appropriate action. * Immediately relay information to security staff (Supervisors, Agents, Receptionists, Gatekeepers, and Administration team) via radio, landline, or telephone upon detecting deviations from standard behavior in monitored areas, and inform the responsible supervisor to facilitate decision-making. * Conduct investigations related to incidents occurring on campus or adjacent buildings, physically relocating to the site when necessary, utilizing image recordings to gather evidence and identify perpetrators, and forwarding findings to the responsible supervisor for appropriate decisions. * Search for and compile images documenting incidents on campus and its surroundings (e.g., property damage, vandalism, thefts, robberies, pranks, etc.), recording such incidents in both physical and digital OCC archives with all required details (date, time, location, nature of incident, individuals involved, images), and forwarding them to the responsible supervisor. * Document incidents for potential submission to judicial or law enforcement authorities, as requested and with proper authorization from the Security Manager, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), while maintaining confidentiality of personal information. * Periodically inform the immediate supervisor about security system failures—such as audio issues in recordings, disconnected or poorly positioned cameras—and organize equipment for disposal and initiate service requests with the responsible department, subject to supervisor approval. * Carefully check the corporate email daily, handling confidential information with discretion; update OCC files; verify systems and perform backups; and follow procedures related to ASM300 equipment and specific software. * Immediately submit emergency service requests (maintenance, NTAI, GERTI, etc.) and contact contracted companies, as needed, to resolve CCTV system failures—with supervisor awareness—and assist in emergency incidents involving students, staff, and third parties, reporting to the supervisor for preventive and corrective measures. * Preserve equipment and records by engaging maintenance teams to inspect air-conditioning units, ensuring uninterrupted image recording. * Provide support to law enforcement agencies during major events, assisting in monitoring and control activities whenever authorized by the Security Area Manager, aiming to ensure order and safety for all.
