Initially, this initiative will focus on **internal process automation and optimization**, with plans to **expand into other strategic areas of the organization**. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement **machine learning models** to solve business problems. * Participate in the **creation and evolution of applications leveraging generative AI and intelligent agents**. * Conduct **data exploration, preparation, and modeling** for predictive model development. * Contribute to **algorithm experimentation and hypothesis validation**. * Support the **construction of data pipelines and ML workflows**. * Collaborate with **data engineers, software engineers, and business units**. * Perform **exploratory analyses and develop metrics** for model evaluation. * Support **premise validation, testing, and refinement of AI solutions** alongside stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** ============================ * Practical experience with **Python for data science**. * Knowledge of **data analysis and modeling libraries**, such as: * **Pandas** * **NumPy** * **Scikit\-Learn** * Experience with **supervised and unsupervised machine learning models**. * Experience with **manipulation and analysis of structured data**. * Familiarity with **data pipelines and batch processing**. * Basic knowledge of **MLOps or model management**. * Experience with **SQL and database data manipulation**. * Experience in **cloud environments or distributed infrastructure**. **Additional Information** * **Work Model:** Remote * **Working Hours:** 09:00–18:00 * **Team:** Expanding data and AI team * **Engagement Format:** Data product development and AI experimentation * **Environment:** Innovative projects involving **machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent agents** We are the **SysMap Group**, formed by the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop talent.
