Job Summary: Ensure application availability and health in production by investigating incidents, correcting data, and automating processes to optimize Level 2 support. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and correction of Java Spring Boot microservices. 2. SQL data manipulation and automation with Python. 3. Active incident management and development support. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Position Objective:** ensure application availability and health in production by conducting technical incident investigations, performing data corrections, and automating internal processes to optimize Level 2 support\. **Your Responsibilities:** * Code and Log Analysis: investigate and correct behavior of Java Spring Boot microservices to identify failures, exceptions, and bugs affecting user experience. * Data Manipulation and Scripting: perform database corrections and queries (SQL) to resolve inconsistencies and develop Python scripts to automate repetitive support tasks. * Incident Management: actively resolve tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and clear communication regarding correction status. * Development Support: validate and document identified bugs, providing logs and technical evidence to enable the Engineering team to implement permanent code fixes. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields; * Prior experience in technical system support or maintenance; * Proficiency in reading and debugging Java code (Spring Boot); * Strong SQL skills for data maintenance and extraction; * Ability to create automations using Python; * Familiarity with API consumption and log tools. ### **BENEFITS** Unimed Fortaleza Health Plan; Odontoprev Dental Plan; Meal/Voucher Allowance; Life Insurance; Pharmacy discounts; English course discounts; University discounts; Training allowance; TOTALPASS; Wellhub; Birthday day off. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** CLT
