Conduct customer base, churn, and portability analyses. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do Daily:** --------------------------------- * The Marketing Analyst III is responsible for leading the management of the customer base, focusing on strategic analysis, planning and control, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency—always ensuring support to management and executive leadership. Works cross-functionally with departments including Marketing, Sales Channels, Technical, and Quality teams to contribute to sustainable revenue growth and improved service quality for Fixed and Mobile customer bases; * Analyze and develop action plans jointly with sales channels to improve sales performance (quantitative/qualitative/profitability); * Interact with national marketing on product/offer topics (acquisition, monetization, retention, and cross-sell); * Analyze the customer base, performing 360° assessments in retention and re-engagement lead generation, constantly seeking regional opportunities; * Analyze churn (by cohort, products, offending channels, most impacted regions/cities, nodes, neighborhoods, voluntary and involuntary); * Analyze Mig In / Mig Out by products/channels; * Analyze portability (Portin and PortOut across all products and channels); * Deliver diagnostic presentations and propose actions to improve the regional commercial performance; * FPD: Joint analysis and action with operations regarding delinquency offenders starting from the first bill; * Shielding: Collaborate with operations and headquarters through centralized and local plans to counter competitors’ initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We’re Looking for Someone Who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
