The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operational performance fluctuates. Here, you’ll face significant challenges, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to the future of e-commerce in Brazil — creating positive impact in the lives of millions of people. **Work Model** We adopt a 100% in-office work model, enabling constant interaction and daily collaboration in the workplace, fostering closer and more dynamic engagement among teams. **Your Mission** Responsible for supporting the team in planning and controlling the execution of logistics operational activities per established guidelines — through analysis of operational performance indicators, meetings to resolve process deviations, and monitoring of process audits — thereby ensuring organizational expectations regarding quality, safety, operational performance, and cost are met. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Support the logistics operations supervisor and respective team leaders in administrative routines; * Conduct minor analyses and close process indicator reports using available databases; * Populate process indicators by analyzing KPIs with the operations team, utilizing systems and/or reports; * Monitor operational indicators and propose action plans when necessary; * Support the supervisor and team leaders in operational meeting routines; * Monitor the execution of operational tests; * Track the development, implementation, and control of projects aimed at continuous process improvement and increased operational productivity. **Requirements:****What You Need to Take on This Challenge:** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Minimum experience in this role: experience filling out indicators and managing small projects and analyses. **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance, extended to dependents; * Partnerships with Gympass and TotalPass; * Flexible meal/voucher allowance; * Transportation allowance, mobility allowance, or on-site parking; * Flexible benefits; * Zenklub; * Discretionary annual bonus tied to performance.
